They were super flexible with pickup and drop off, confirmed all addresses and timings quickly and accurately, and our driver showed up exactly where we needed him at exactly the right time. The bus was clean and comfortable and we had a blast on the long drives between destinations. My new go-to for all future group transportation needs.

We had a great time on the bus, and working with the guys to talk through logistics, planning, and post- rude conversations was stellar. They were able to provide expertise and opinions on how to plan the best experience from timing to sizing, and their customer service was beyond expectations.

Not to mention, our driver was incredible, experienced, and so friendly to everyone on the bus!

Vito (the owner) was very easy to work with and flexible. We had no issues with him. The bus was clean, prompt, and nice.

We had some issues with the audio connection as the blue tooth connection kept cutting off but this didn't impact our night. The bus was clean and prompt - which was the most important to us on our wedding day.

One issue that did bother me was that the bus driver accepted tip from our wedding planner and then told us at the end of the evening that he didn't receive tip and demanded that we give him additional tip. We confirmed with the planners that they did give him tip. We thought this was very unprofessional.

We'd still use them again. Hard to find reliable party bus providers in the tri-state area and these guys are definitely the best.

Vito helped us with booking, offering recommendations on timing with traffic getting to/from Long Island, and keeping an open line of communication throughout.

Our driver texted me in the morning saying he was en route and arrived at our departure point 20 minutes early. He was incredibly helpful and understanding the whole trip, did not mind stopping at a rest center on the way out to Long Island. Would wait for us at each vineyard and had me text him when we were about to leave so he could bring the bus out front (so thoughtful because it was raining!). Even let us stop at Chick-Fil-A on the drive home because we had some extra time.
